Stefanie Hens
Stefanie Hens obtained her Master of Laws degree from the University of Antwerp in 2013.
After her studies, she completed her traineeship at Iuste-Advocaten in Mechelen.
During her traineeship, Stefanie earned, with distinction, an Advanced Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Antwerp, as well as a certificate in insolvency administration (curatorship training).
After completing her traineeship, she joined Advoteam, a law firm in the Antwerp region, where she was able to further focus on insolvency law, as well as commercial and corporate law.
Since 2020, Stefanie has been listed as a court-appointed insolvency practitioner (trustee) at the Antwerp Enterprise Court, Antwerp Division.
Since October 2025, Stefanie has been part of Dilaw Advocaten, strengthening the firm’s insolvency team.
In addition to handling insolvency cases, Stefanie mainly deals with matters related to commercial and corporate law, economic law (WER), debt collection, and tenancy law.
She handles cases in Dutch and English and can provide advice and assistance in French.
When Stefanie isn’t fully immersed in her work, you can find her on the padel court or rolling out her Pilates mat.
