Katrien Teughels

Katrien Teughels graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp in 2011. After completing her internship, she continued her career at Teughels Advocaten, where she worked closely with her father, Mr. Yves Teughels.

Kathrien specializes in commercial corporate law, insolvency law, construction and real estate law, and general contract law. She assists companies and individuals, both in and out of court, using a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

Since 2016, she has been a trustee and is regularly appointed by the Antwerp Enterprise Court in insolvency cases, including the handling of joint venture restructuring programs (GRPs) and other reorganization processes.

By joining Dilaw in March 2026, Katrien consciously chooses an environment where multidisciplinary expertise and intensive knowledge sharing are paramount. This step enables her to support clients even more efficiently and broadly, with access to additional specializations and enhanced substantive support, without losing sight of a personal approach.
