Christiaan Hendrickx

Christiaan Hendrickx (born 1964) graduated with a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven in 1988. That same year, he also obtained the Certificate for Higher Secondary Education and the Short-Form Higher Education in Law from KU Leuven.

He also obtained a Special Master's degree in Maritime Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
He also holds a Certificate of Professional Competence for National and International Road Freight Transport Operators.

He has been a member of the Antwerp Bar since 1989 and is regularly appointed by the Antwerp Commercial Court, Antwerp Division, as a bankruptcy trustee and liquidator.
He primarily handles cases in the following legal areas: insolvency law, tenancy law, civil law, contract law, corporate law, law of obligations, real estate, and debt collection.
